Seems they also make wooden ones as well.

Yeah I have one. It was a Christmas gift last year. Even though I’m still learning how to play it, I love it.
I have a ringflute and am learning how to play. It is a little more difficult that I expected, it is more like an ocarina and less like an Native American Flute. It is unique in design and a fun ‘toy’ capable of producing decent music, given practice…
